E-Luggage Customer Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all transactions undertaken with E-Luggage.co.uk, please read through them carefully before placing your order as they form the basis of the contract between Swissluggage.com Ltd the owners of E-Luggage.co.uk and yourself.
We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders placed and will be available for review from the website only.
Your offer to purchase goods will only be deemed as accepted by Swissluggage.com Ltd when the goods are despatched from our warehouse.
Product specifications and prices are subject to change without prior notification. However, with respect to price changes only, we will inform you of any variations and request your authority to proceed prior to processing your order.
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified within the Customer Delivery section. We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delivery timescales cannot be guaranteed.
We will take payment from your card once we have confirmed that the goods are available for delivery. If for any reason we take payment and goods are not available, we will inform you of this and provide a full refund as soon as this is possible.
Product pricing is as displayed on the website at the time we receive your order, subject to pricing clause above. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
If you decide you no longer want the goods you can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund (Please Note Postal Charges Cannot Be Refunded) provided that you contact us in writing within 7 days of delivery and meet the following criteria;
Provide you meet all the above requirements we will refund your payment within 30 days of your notice of cancellation
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt repair or exchange of the goods provided that;
you require any further information please contact us via the website.
We will only hold personal information required to process your order and,from time to time, provide you with details of special offers or for customer relationship management purposes. If you do not wish your information to be used in this way we will delete your record from our database. We do not retain your credit card details nor will we provide your details to any third party.
Payment can be made by any method specified in the Checkout process. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
If your billing address and the delivery address differ, we may contact you and undertake additional security checks. This is to help protect you from potentially fraudulant use of your credit or debit card. Please help us to help you by assisting us in this process.
